Booking Fee
Booking is subject to availability. A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment date. The booking fee must be paid through electronic transfer via PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle.
Payments
Jennifer currently accepts payment in the form of cash or electronic transfer via PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle.
The person scheduling the appointment is responsible for all payments of the group or themselves. The remaining 50% of your payment is due 24 hours before the appointment date through electronic transfer via PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle. If paying cash, exact payment must be made at the beginning of the appointment. Jennifer does not carry change.
Tips are always welcome.
Travel/Parking Fees
Jennifer does not have a salon, therefore all services are completed on location. There is a travel fee based on group size. The travel fee is $5 for one person, or $10 for groups of two or more for both directions.
In the event that any motel/hotel and street parking fees are incurred as a result of the location of the appointment, the client will be required to pay them as well.
Extra People
If any additional people require makeup on the day of the appointment, but do not have an appointment, this is not a problem providing there is time (approximately one hour per person). Payment for any additional client can be made on that day in cash or electronic transfer via PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle.
Rescheduling
If you choose to reschedule your appointment, and Jennifer is available for that day, your booking fee can be transferred. If Jennifer is unavailable, then the appointment is cancelled and the cancellation policy is to be followed
On the rare occasion that Jennifer is made aware ahead of time that she will be unable to fulfill your booking, Jennifer reserves the right to cancel, refer, or transfer your booking to another reputable and competent artist.
Cancellation
You are asked kindly to give a minimum of 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel any appointment. Cancellations must be made in writing via email.
Cancellations made in advance of 48 hours must pay 50% of the REMAINING balance and the travel fee will be waived. Booking fees are non-refundable.

Late/No Show
If the client is late to the appointment for any reason, then they are liable to pay an overtime fee. Overtime will consist of $20 for any additional hour spent on the appointment. If the client does not appear for their appointment within an hour after the agreed upon appointment time and makes no effort to call ahead to inform Jennifer, then the appointment is cancelled and the cancellation policy is to be followed.
Photos
Jennifer may take photos before, during, and after the makeup application for advertising purposes. These images may be used for public display (website or social media). If you do not wish for these images to be used, please inform Jennifer ahead of time, otherwise it is presumed that you agree for her to use your images as she sees fit.
Other
Jennifer is not, under any circumstances, responsible for any allergic reaction to products used. It is the client’s responsibility to inform Jennifer if you have sensitive skin or are allergic to any products or ingredients. You are more than welcome to bring your own product you are familiar and Jennifer will be happy to use that.
On the day of the appointment, in the case of extreme weather, death in the family, traffic, or illness, Jennifer is not liable to perform her duties as a makeup artist. The booking fee remains non-refundable, but the remaining balance and travel fee will be completely waived.
Refunds
Jennifer does not offer refunds on any completed services. If you are in any way dissatisfied, it is up to the client to discuss with Jennifer while she is on location.
